Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We do both — fully custom OEM against your tech pack, and ODM where we help develop the style from your idea or reference.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per style per color. Mixed sizes are supported within the run, ideal for small brands and test launches.
How fast can you make a sample?
A prototype is usually ready in 7 days after we receive your design or reference and confirm details.
What is your bulk production lead time?
Around 25–35 days after the PP sample is approved, depending on fabric sourcing and order volume.
What fabrics and crafts can you handle?
Both knit and woven: polyester, cotton, viscose and blends. Crafts include printing, embroidery, jacquard, splicing and washing.
Can you add my own logo, labels and packaging?
Yes. We support custom logo, woven labels, hangtags and polybags / boxes. Send your artwork and we’ll match it.
Which shipping terms do you support?
We ship FOB, CIF and EXW to Europe, North America and Southeast Asia, with full packing lists and customs documents.
What are your payment terms?
Typically 30% deposit to start production and 70% before shipment (T/T). Terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
